- TOP PERFORMING CENTER WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO LOGIN TO OUR DIALER SYSTEM IN WHICH CALLING DATA AND VOIP IS PRELOADED.
- WE PROVIDED TRAINING VIA SKYPE. WEBCAM AND SPEAKER FOR THE AGENTS REQUIRED. WE ALSO HAVE TRAINING MATERIALS SUCH AS POWER POINTS, STEP BY STEP VIDEOS AND SAMPLE CALL RECORDINGS.
